Caring For Your Purchase

Do not shower or swim in your items.

Do not expose to direct sunlight/heat

Clean clay by wiping gently with alcohol and a Q-tip.

Brass findings can be polished with Brasso or ketchup. (Avoid contact with clay)

Do not bend or drop your pieces and store them in a cool, dry place

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Items will be shipped in 5-10 business days of purchase date. Shipping time is typically much quicker, but we prefer to under-promise and over-deliver. October-December have the longest shipping times due to the holidays.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns/exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings, necklaces, rings or bracelets for sanitary reasons. Other items like stickers or keychains can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Items must be recieved in their original condition and be unused. Customer is respobsible for return shipping. For exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping if the order falls below amount required for free shipping.
